How to use

Protect yourself from UVA and UVB rays by applying sunscreen generously and regularly.
Use around one teaspoon of sunscreen for the face per application, about one shot of sunscreen for the body
Massage thoroughly into the skin, being sure to cover all exposed areas.
Repeat every 2 hours
