How to use
- Quickly chew one tablet in your mouth until fully crushed. Do not swallow.
- Wet your grüum bambu toothbrush and start brushing the glo toothpaste tablet over your teeth for around two minutes.
- Once finished, spit the toothpaste out, but don’t rinse.

Love the tablets! We buy six month supply. I really don’t understand how they go mushy for some people. I put ours into cleaned sealed, plastic Chinese food containers. They are then stored on the sorting cupboard. We only take out a couple of weeks supply and again store these on the bathroom in an airtight container.
We’ve been using them bite for about two years! Wouldn’t go back to toothpaste.
