I use this on my skin before I go to sleep. I find it relaxes me and I am ready to sleep. I use the relaxing sleep mist on my pillow to have a reastful sleep. For years I have been unable to sleep through the night. Now I have a wonderful relaxing night and feel fresh in the morning. It is now my nighttime routine. Recommend this product to anyone who wants to relax
